The main upgrade of the tablet is the screen. 12-inch LCD display with 2800×1840 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 color space support and HDR Vivid certification will provide a bright and high-quality picture.
The tablet body is made of metal: thickness - 5.9 mm, weight - 555 grams.
AI Integration
Huawei has significantly expanded the artificial intelligence capabilities of the MatePad Air 2025:
- Huawei Notes now recognizes handwritten formulas.
- Artificial Intelligence Assistant Xiaoyi can abstract documents, split screen interactively, and provide contextual clues.
- The new stylus M-Pencil Pro gets a Hongmeng Star Ring** smart button to quickly invoke AI commands and convert speech to text.
The tablet also got a high-quality audio system: six speakers with Huawei Sound technology.
